1 First you enroll. 

By completing our secure online registration form, we make it easy to exchange information in a quick confidential way.  You simply tell us that you are interested and have a question, and within 24 hours you will receive a response from us regarding how to proceed through the registration process.  Payment is made available through PayPal for your convenience and safety once we receive your e-mail of interest.

2  Second we get to know you.  

Whether you would like a quick response to a simple question or a more in-depth discussion about your child or teen’s health issues we are here to help.  Once your consultation is chosen, you will either tell us briefly about yourself to register in a quick, easy manner or you will be directed to completion of our secure online medical forms.

3  Third we communicate. 

Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive an automatically-generated e-mail welcoming you to mtz and informing you that you have successfully completed the registration process, verifying that we have received your information. Communication between you and the physician specialist begins.  If you have enrolled in e-mtz, you will receive a response to your question within 48-72 hours. If you have chosen to communicate by phone, a follow-up e-mail within 48-72 hours will confirm your appointment day and time.
