2 Second we get to know you.
To learn more about you and your child or teen, we gather important baseline medical, nutritional and activity information provided by you via secure confidential online forms and close communication between you, your child or teen’s physician and mtz .
3 Third we customize a plan for you.
Based on a weekly e-mail schedule, sixteen topics are covered such as food groups, appropriate food portions, nutrition label reading, psychological components of eating, exercise and training information, sample meal plan, and much more! The physician specialist will evaluate your child’s current health status and give individualized recommendations in a personal phone consultation.
4 Fourth we communicate.
Communication between you and the physician specialist continues in unlimited personalized e-mail consultations to be done at your convenience whenever you have any questions. Upon completion of the program, we take note of your child or teen’s progress and give further recommendations.
